I’m a veteran. Never saw combat, but I was overseas. My family always wishes me a happy Veterans Day; asks me what I’m going to do on Veterans Day as if it were another birthday or a free day I get to do annnything I want. I drive OTR. Certain places I can eat free on Veterans Day. Store clerks always smile and say Happy Veterans Day. I get that.
But the thing is: they want to honor me ..say thanks in some way, not because they really understand what is going on in the world, but because in so doing it just becomes another act of their private fear of other free willers pacified in public. It’s inclusion for them with me and other vets, living and dead, as an idol-for-a-day. They are told they have free will from birth, can’t get out of having it and thus can never escape the supposition of guilt by others in that idealized default condition of using that will incorrectly with ensuing consequences of bad looks, questions of sanity, being ostracized by the free will clan and such. The tyranny under which they live mandates a whole notion of thankfulness, to the living and the ‘honored dead’, being completely inside a general concept of having a free will themselves thus the supposition that someone has used their idealized free will in the past for a better future for us all. The ‘honor’ is not real, just another illusion, another excuse to prove their free will is being used at all and used in the idealized correct manner.
Because the whole free will clan knows that if they stop proving among themselves, day and night that they supposedly have a free will, they will kill each other. The rule among them all is ‘keep constantly proving you are alive by ‘doing something’ or they will say you are not alive and not human, since the default human condition according to the public religion is that all human beings have free will as the default condition of being human.’ Actual people are already being killed medically with ‘proofs of life’ not being sufficient to exist to keep a person on life support or medical ‘expenses’, but only so-called proofs that ‘demonstrate free will’. Every act throughout society in the huge milieu of activity is called by them a proof of free will activity worthy of reward or punishment. Otherwise they have no concept of who is righteous or who is evil.
The sufficiency of the cross of Christ means nothing to them as they are told to supposedly work out their own salvation via the works/proofs they do in what ever portion of the free will clan in which they live. That Christ died for their sins and paid the price that all human beings are unable to pay, even if they die for another or for themselves is not only not understood, but openly challenged by those who know good and well that they have taken the free will lie so far that their lives depend on keeping it going. They have been used to make so many lives vain and futile with the use of pleasantries, fake honors to each other and to false gods with identical names to Jesus Christ, the Father and the Holy Spirit to see it for what it truly is is trauma. It’s not frightening, just evil on a level you never thought could exist as the every day and as the best honesty of the mass of the public.
And in that evil, in that cause, a store clerk smiles at me unwittingly and says “Happy Veterans Day!”, signs say “the U.S. Government didn’t built America, vets did!” and someone wants to give me a free lunch. In that evil a retarded individual smiles a crooked smile as best he can and mimics what he sees other people smile at and says to me in his fear of not being included “thank you for your service, sir!” and limps away.
Americans don’t have a reputation of hard workers anymore, just ‘happy’. It’s a fake happy, a hollow happy that’s fun, fun, fun as long as they keep proving in front of the other guy and gal they are alive. Sure, you can put part of it down to store clerks buttering you up to buy stuff and ‘patriotism’ is just another word for ‘sale’, but that is just parsing out the whys and wherefores inside the lie of free will.
And there are a lot vets who make a living milking the ‘honor’ for everything its worth. But their lives are just as hollow as the non-vets who worship the same lie of free will.
Yeah, I’ve had the conversations about the lack of public understanding of war and the general ignorance of what the world is really like actually being success. “We went to war over there so we wouldn’t have to over here.” and that resulted in at best, an incomplete understanding of the world that the general public must swear up and down they don’t have but really do. But even that argument is still inside the lie of free will.
That we have what we have and do what we do because of the grace and wrath of God I have never heard from one person in public in person. Never. One hundred percent of the conversation is about someone using their implied free will correctly or incorrectly. One hundred percent lies in one hundred percent human speech.
If you think in any way they know they need to be saved out of human speech and into Jesus Christ as the Word of God, you are wrong. Being outside the ‘honor’ speech is the last thing a human being wants to do. Only a new creature in Jesus Christ, one who has been non-metaphorically born again by hearing the Word of God knows that and knows it after the fact.
When they are young, they want to be included so that a national holiday as an honor day applies to them ( a vet, a mom, a dad, a firefighter, a policeman, ..something ) and when they are just out of youth, they want to be “included but special and unique”. When they are old they are just bitter they got the speech they wanted from their peers and it was empty and hollow.
Honor days are vain. The lie that necessitates them are vain. The struggles used as fodder for the lie are real.
Moms, vets, Dads, etc have real honor from God and on the basis of that alone, in that God chose them to do that necessary job, only God can properly honor them. I can be accepting and help them when I can as God does it through me, but the whole ‘thankfulness/honor day’ regimen is a lie. It’s not that you get older and see through a lot of lies and you get tired of it. That happens. You can also live to be over a hundred and never be saved out of human speech and then burn in the lake of fire.
Get off each other. Relax. Stop with the stupid, the evil.
